Trying new things
I made Risotto for the first time the other day. It didn't turn out the greatest, but it wasn't bad. While I was sautéing the onions, my roommate asked me to teach him how I flip them in the air. I thought about if for a second and told him he just can't be afraid to do it. And I think that's true for all cooking. Now if only I could take my own advice for real life.
I had a lot of leftovers, so I've been making patties and pan frying them. It's been delicious to say the least.
