So Much Kale
I stumbled upon a whole bunch of kale with no idea what to do with it. So I picked up a few pears and some feta and a lemon and thought about it for a day. When I got home the next day, I sautéed some minced garlic. Then chopped up the kale and put it in with the garlic. I sliced up the pears and sautéed them in butter and brown sugar. Lemon juice over the kale and pears and combined them all into a salad with feta on top.
I was really proud of this when it was done. The kale was spicy and mixed well with the sweet pears and salty feta. Next time I'd probably put the pears in the salad while they're still hot. They kind of shrank and lost their bite. But other than that--Great.
